Pok Deng Game Rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There are 8 decks of game cards used and no joker card is used in the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the start of a new shoe, the facilitator will shuffle the cards and insert the \u201ccut card\u201d into the shoe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, the facilitator will draw a card from the shoe and turn it over. This will determine how many cards the facilitator will burn. The value of the card decides the number of cards to be burnt \u2013 except a 10 or face card, which will result in burning 10 cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the facilitator draws the \u201ccut card\u201d, the current round will be the last round. More cards will be drawn in order to complete this last round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the last round, all cards will be shuffled and put into the shoe to start a new shoe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are 10 different option types:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How Results Are Determined<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Player 1 to Player 5<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Players 1 to 5 compare their hands to Banker\u2019s separately. The hand with the higher points value of the cards receives the reward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Player 1 Pair to Player 5 Pair<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Player Pair receives the reward if the hand of the corresponding Player is a pair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gameplay<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Plays are accepted after the countdown begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the beginning of a round, the facilitator draws a card (face down) from the shoe. This card is burnt. Then, the facilitator distributes two cards to each Player, with Banker being the last.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the countdown is over, no more plays can be placed. The facilitator will then reveal the cards starting from Player 1 to Player 5, and Banker will be the last.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each Player compares his or her hand to Banker\u2019s hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9 points is the highest value, while 0 points is the lowest. Cards are given point values as follows: Ace = 1; 2-9 = face value; 10, J, Q and K = 0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hand is valued by the unit digit of the sum of two cards when it exceeds 9 points. For example, if the two cards were an 8 and a 7, the total would be 15 and the value would be 5 points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Player 1 Pair to Player 5 Pair, the Player Pair receives the reward if its hand is a pair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. When a player plays on Player 1, Player 2, Player 3, Player 4 or Player 5, the system will deduct the player\u2019s coin balance by 2 times of the \u201cplay value\u201d. Players should check whether there is sufficient balance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Generally, the reward ratio should be 1:1 when playing on Player 1, Player 2, Player 3, Player 4 or Player 5.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. When Banker receives the reward with a flush, a pair or any one of the special combinations listed in the table above, the reduction ratio would be 2:1 (See Example 4<\/a> & Example 6<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. When Player receives the reward with a flush, a pair or any one of the special combinations listed in the table above, the reward ratio would be 2:1 (See Example 3<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. When Banker has 0 points or 6 points, even Player receives the reward the round with a flush, a pair or any one of the special combinations listed in the table above, the reward ratio remain at 1:1 (See Example 8<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
